Due to the elimination of GATE funds from the state of California, enrichment classes have been eliminated.

At Piedmont Middle, we also offer the following GATE Enrichment Programs:

Educational Academic Competitions: open to all students, with the expectation that many GATE students will advance.

Scripps National Spelling Bee, is the reknowned spelling competition, sponsored locally by the San Francisco Chronicle.

Possible Field Trip:

Tech Museum of Innovation: We hope to coordinate a Saturday trip for GATE students and their parents to the world famous Tech Museum of Innovation.
